Restaurant Sletten is located in the heart of the old and idyllic Sletten Harbor in Humlebæk. Surrounded by small cosy fisherman’s cottages and with a waterfront view of the harbor and Øresund, the place oozes of charm and nostalgia. The kitchen has its roots in fine provincial French cuisine. With an uncompromising selection of the best Danish ingredients, provided by small local producers and accompanied by small specialities from France, our primary focus is on gastronomy.
